1. About us

The webshop damp-amok.eu is operated by DampAmok from Denmark. You can contact us at [email protected].

These terms apply to all purchases made on damp-amok.eu by consumers in the European Union.

2. Age requirement and legality

We only sell to persons aged 18 or over. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We may ask for proof of age and may cancel orders where age cannot be verified.

The sale and import of e-cigarettes and related products is regulated differently in each EU country. It is your responsibility to ensure that the purchase, import, possession and use of the products is legal in the country you order to. We may refuse or cancel orders to destinations where the products cannot legally be supplied.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in euros (EUR). Delivery costs are shown in the cart and at checkout before you place your order. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is charged when the order is processed.

4. Orders and contract

After placing an order you receive an order confirmation by email. The contract is concluded when the order has been accepted and processed by us. We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, misuse, pricing errors or breach of applicable rules. If an order is cancelled, any payment made will be refunded in full.

5. Delivery

We ship to countries within the EU via external carriers. Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.

Free shipping applies to orders above the threshold shown on the website. Otherwise the delivery cost shown at checkout applies.

6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer in the EU you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a person you designate, receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us a clear statement by email to [email protected] stating your order number. It is sufficient that you send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods.

We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return. The refund is made using the same payment method you used, unless otherwise agreed.

Exception: for hygiene and health protection reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery. Unopened products in their original sealed packaging can always be returned.

You are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

7. Defective goods and complaints

You have a statutory right to complain about defects for 2 years from receipt of the goods, in accordance with EU and Danish consumer law. Please notify us within a reasonable time after you discover a defect, preferably with photos of the item and packaging, by email to [email protected]. Depending on the situation, we will repair, replace or refund the item. Justified complaints include reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs.

8. Liability

We are not liable for damage or loss resulting from incorrect use of the products or from use contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer law.

9. Personal data

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Read more in our Privacy Policy.

10. Complaints and dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at [email protected] and we will try to find a solution. If we cannot reach an agreement, you can file a complaint with the Danish Centre for Complaint Resolution (Center for Klageløsning), Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, via forbrug.dk. Consumers resident in another EU country can also contact the European Consumer Centre in their country, or the European Consumer Centre Denmark via forbrug.dk.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence where it gives you greater protection.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
